The Global SIM is a forward thinking and customer orientated product, with more countries being added all the time. If the country you require is not on the list, contact us using the online form, and we will endeavour to add it as soon as possible.

Calling the UK

It is advisable that if you have a list of contact numbers on your UK SIM card, you will need to copy these to your phone. This is so that when you insert your Global SIM card, these numbers will still be available to you.To use your UK contact numbers when you are overseas or abroad, you'll need to amend each one by adding the UKs international dialling code, which is +44 For example:

To reach 01867 123456, you will need to dial +441867 123456. If you experience difficulties with this and your handset fails to work, you should try saving the number as *125*1*4401867123456.

Texting abroad

This is even simpler than making calls! Just prefix your message with the appropriate UK dialling code (for example, +44 for the UK) and send your message as normal.
