How do I make calls with The Global SIM?
The Global SIM has been designed to be as accessible and easy to use as possible. At first glance, it functions in exactly the same way that you make calls with your home network, apart from one extra and crucial stage, known as the "Call Back", this extra step means that every time you make a call, you will receive a call back from the Global SIM call centre. Following this, your call will be connected to your destination as normal. The Global SIM "callback" facility thus enables the user to make savings of up to 85% on your international call charges. How can I Top Up my credit?
You can Top Up your Global SIM credit from anywhere in the world 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our website in the shop section. It is available in denominations of $10, $20, $50 and $100.

Do I have Voicemail?
The Global SIM comes with a full voicemail service. To activate this, simply call 121. To deactivate it, call 121. Finally, to retreive voicemails, again simply call 121.
